“This was a beautiful weekend getaway. My wife and I had a lovely time relaxing before we welcomed our second child. The house is a small quaint cottage, and we loved waking up to the sunrise and birds chirping. “We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. ”

The playroom was a huge hit with the young ones and my daughter and I love sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the water in the sunset. My son-in-law enjoyed keeping us warm with the stove. “Beautiful scene. Sunrise on the beach is perfect. Loved the low waves. Was easy to swim. The home was so cute! They were FULLY stocked. Anything that you think you may need and it’s there. The bed was squishy comfy. Even when we stayed inside, we had a gorgeous view from the sunroom. The neighbors were super friendly. The host was very responsive and extremely nice! “Property was exactly what we were expecting from the listing. It was perfect for our family of four to get away for needed time together away from the normal. Beautiful setting on the marsh. Saw a ton of water birds, owls, and many bald eagle sightings (including three separate eagles at once). We went in January, and the highs were mid to low 30s.
