Comfortable room with dedicated bathroom in a Family Home. Nice area

A private bedroom in a clean, safe, quiet shared home with everything needed to be comfortable, smart TV, bed, Small fridge, microvawe, desk, but more importantly dedicated full bathroom (NOT SHARED).

Long term guests (2 weeks and more) also have access to, washer and dryer, sorry no access to house kitchen, but we're happy to provide utensils or other items guests might need.

We are close to shopping centers, malls, large companies like Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, AV college, Kaiser Hospital and other areas of interest.
We will be available to assist guest with anything you may need. We will respect your privacy and give you your space.

Felt like home

Sam was very easy to communicate with. He explained everything I needed to know and our stay was just what we needed. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean, we had A/C, TV, desk and mini fridge. Very happy with our visit.
