The property was very clean and the room was impeccable. However, the dining room seats need to be replaced and the breakfast could be tastier. However, the staff was pleasant and attentive.
The pool was a little small and cool. Hotel was very convenient to restaurants, stores, and attractions. It was quiet and breakfast was excellent- especially if you arrived early.
The room and property was very clean. The proximity to the amusement park was perfect to walk. The pool was very small but when we took our break midday, we were the only ones in the pool, the room we had for two kids, six and under and two adults was perfect as it had two queen beds and a sofa pull out.
The breakfast was enough for all of us and they kept it maintained and clean
All the staff were very kind.
The only issue was that we needed an early check-in because of my medical issue and they were unable to provide it.
The breakfast at the hotel was really great. Leroy, Shirley and Roberta worked the breakfast area and they were all very friendly and welcoming. Unique items in the breakfast area that we all loved. We will definitely be coming back here again.
We loved our room. The studio worked out really well for us. Very clean.
Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and laid out beautifully. The only thing missing was biscuits and gravy, but I told my hubby we were pretty far north for that to be offered. Staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice seating.
Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.
The place was very nice. Room was clean, spacious lovely. Staff were respectful and attentive. I didn't care for breakfast, it was alright but not to my liking.
Wifi was a bit of a problem the second a d third day. I kept getting an error message stating my name and room number didn't match. All in all, the place was lovely and I will stay there again.

Arrived to the hotel at 3:30. Check-in time was 3:00. Room was not ready until after 5:00.
Breakfast scheduled from 6-10. Staff stopped restocking before 8:00. Actively picking up at 9:15. Grab-and-go (bagels, muffins) left empty.
Elevator had a damaged 4th floor selection button for entirety of our stay.
Staff attitude was very good. Friendly, professional.
Hotel was clean. Beds comfortable.
Would have been nice to have a chair or small sofa instead of just a desk chair. We had a room with 1 king bed. Room was a little smaller than we expected but it was pretty clean other than the shower. There were 2 long hairs in it and the shower glass door didn't look like it had been wiped down. The shower doors a ross the bottom was kinda disgusting. Whoever installed the doors did a horrible job and a sloppy job with the calking around the doors and whole shower. The breakfast was good for a hotel. My husband planned on getting in the pool but said it was way too small with other people in it. We didn't really engage with many staff but the few we did were very helpful and friendly.
Leeroy, the cook-plus, and Roberta, support kitchen staff, were absolutely amazing in their customer care and relevent skills. The right people in the right place at the right time! And Jaden, at the front desk, has excellent skills.

Excellent location in Lancaster for close proximity to Sight and Sound, Outlets,
Smorgasboards and more.
Room was clean when we arrived. We left several towels on the floor to be replaced by clean ones, after we used the shower. The room was never serviced by housekeeping and wet towels remained all day. We actually had to go to the front desk later that evening to get towels. Receptionist was frazzled, as several rooms were not visited by housekeeping that day.
