For 5 nights there was only 2 towels, 2 face cloths and one hand towel for 2 people. After 3 days we went to the front desk to get more at around 9pm but were told to go back in the morning. No tissues, no coffee maker or coffee, no table. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The door had no seal around it so we could smell the people's cigarette when they went outside to smoke. The whole experience was just ok.

I did like that the room had a walk in shower. I did not like the fact their was no bar to hang any clothes and no closet. The tv did not function and their were bugs in the room.

'Inside' the rooms were spacious and clean, though outside particularly at the stair case a lot was desired about cleanliness. Intercom system is outdated. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Inadvertantly I left behind a costly electronic gadget, when I contacted the staff they were very responsive and made it their business to ship it to me at the earliest, even going out of their way. Parking is sufficient. Air conditioning works fine but is very loud.

This place is a very good value for the money. There is an excellent and helpful staff at the reception desk. The location is excellent. We felt the bathroom and sink areas were functioning very well and were well-maintained. The pool was clean and nice. We would suggest new mattresses as the current ones are thin and lumpy. We enjoy going to this Red Roof and will return.

No breakfast but the room had an almost full size refrigerator and a microwave so it worked for us. Room was nice and clean. Would have. Even nice to have four bath towels instead of just two. But I could have asked for them too.

The building is old, smell funny, like dog poop. Staff is not kind, at all. Maintenance is poor, nobody changed or did beds, even asking at the front desk for fresh towels, never had any response.

Bed bugs and bed are dirty and not well kept we had bugs everywhere and we bought our own bed sets just because they couldn't refund us at all and we had only one option and stay

The room looked just like the pictures and was relatively up-to-date and modern. However, we had significant issues with cleanliness. The floors were so dirty that our socks and my son’s feet turned black. The towels and sheets had stains, so we ended up buying our own blankets from the Target down the road. The towels provided were also very small, more like large rags. The room had a strong mildew or old smoke smell right when you walk in, likely coming from the old, discolored AC unit. On top of that, the fish tank in the lobby was extremely dirty, and the parking lot felt a bit sketchy. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly. The toilet lid fell off when we opened it, but the staff quickly addressed and replaced it, even though it was late at night. Overall, it was just okay for the price we paid. If we had paid any more for it, it definitely would not have been worth it.
