Whether you`re visiting Dutch Wonderland, catching a show at Sight & Sound or American Music Theatre, or simply looking for a cozy home base for your adventures, this single-level apartment is designed to make you feel right at home.

With space for up to six guests and amenities to entertain all ages, it’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Conveniently located within walking distance of Rockvale Outlets, Dutch Wonderland, American Music Theatre, and several restaurants.

You`re also just down the road from Tanger Outlets, Sight & Sound, Amish Village and rural Amish Country, you’ll be close to all the best Lancaster has to offer.

Bedroom 1
Cozy and thoughtfully designed in calming blues, this bedroom features a full-sized bed with soft linens, a night table with reading lamp, and a closet for convenient storage. Light-blocking curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep, and the room is equipped with both heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Bedroom 2
More spacious and ideal for a couple or those who enjoy a bit more room, this bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, two night tables, and a full-length mirror. Like the first bedroom, it includes climate control and window coverings to create a private and peaceful atmosphere.

Living Room
A comfortable and inviting gathering space featuring a sleeper sofa, love seat, and a cozy recliner—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy movie nights on the 65` Roku Smart TV or dive into nostalgia with the Nintendo NES Classic system, which includes multiple built-in games and two controllers. The living room also includes a small reading library and a wide selection of board games for all ages.

Dining Area
The dining space is compact yet functional, featuring a pub-height table with two stools, perfect for quick meals or morning coffee. Additional seating is available at the kitchen counter with two small stools for casual dining or chatting while cooking.

Kitchen
Fully stocked and ready for your culinary creations, the kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, glass-top stove with oven, and a wide range of appliances. Enjoy your favorite brews with a Ninja coffee maker that includes both drip and K-cup options. You`ll also find a blender, toaster, rice maker, and an abundance of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and basic spices—everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Laundry & Outdoor Space
The apartment includes a full-sized washer and dryer in the basement for guest use. Outside, the shared backyard is separated by shrubbery and a small fence for added privacy. The driveway is private, and a Ring camera is installed for added security and peace of mind.

Guests have access to the apartment, basement, and front/rear yards. Please respect the privacy of other guests.

Located in a residential neighborhood on public street. Neighbors are quiet. You may hear some road light road noise.

This home is part of duplex. Each apartment has its own secured lock, private parking, and do not share access between each other.
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors and other guests.

2. Access: Guests are allowed access to the property with the exception of the barn and the adjoining yard.

3. Alcohol: Wine and beer consumption is allowed on the property in moderation.

4. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.

5. No smoking allowed. A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of smoking and drug policies.

6. Trash: Please dispose of trash waste in the appropriate containers.

7. Pets: We have a No Pets policy unless it is a certified service animal.
