Rooms poorly maintained. We turned down the 1st two rooms due to poor maintenance. The 3rd room had broken appliances but was clean. There was no maintenance staff on sight to take care of a problem with the toilet. This was our second time staying here but we won’t stay here again.

Spacious farmhouse with easy parking for the price. Downside was the building is older and it could use some updates to the showers and cleanliness of the rooms. Needs cleaned better and we found lots of mold and mildew and dead bugs around. Also two tvs out of three did not work properly. Good stay for large groups that want a good rate

The location was perfect for the activities I had planned while visiting Pennsylvania. The room was not cleaned, and there was a bad case of ants on the table when we arrived. The bedding was all stained. The tv didnt work. That was a little challenging because we was traveling with a 7 year old.We didn't see staff until we was checking out. We didn't have enough towels and wash cloths.

This is one of the best and unique places I have stayed. Room was clean. Air was cold and turned on before I arrived. There is a small airport behind. But is is for small planes, not busy, great entertainment. I would stay here again

nice property that is unfortunately not maintained well- in the heart of tourist country. Other guests complained to me about not being able to get in and crawled thru window after a 7drive. Since I am a pilot and it is next to airport I would stay there in a pinch.

Inside was beautiful and pristine. The outside was awful. We could not see the number of the cottages due to the overgrowth of the trees. It looked like it hadn't been mowed in a very long time. It was a shame.

Would not recommend. Booked 3 rooms, all were disgusting. We were greeted with blood on the wall, bugs under the bed and scattered through the floor. AC unit had visible black mold in the tops and vent. Pillows were stained. Etc etc, we did not stay the night, we photograph and reported about the deplorable conditions. The property or Expedia have yet to refund us. Save you’re time and hassle and pass on this property!!

They don't fix the small things, like the door not locking cause it's unleveled, the light buttons are broken, the ceiling light does not work. Its the same problems every year I've visited, they don't put money in to fix anything. I come here cause it's your own cottage and you can stand outside and enjoy instead of being locked in a hotel room. Please invest money in to fix some things up. But it is cheaper than other places too.
