Completely renovated, we strive to provide you with a luxury stay, right in the heart of Lancaster City. You are steps away from the Southern Marketplace and one block from the Convention Center and Central Market. This beautiful townhome offers a family room, large dining area perfect for a family brunch or dinner, full kitchen, 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 spacious bathrooms. Please note the location of this home is in the city center. Dedicated parking is not included in your stay. There is a parking garage located one city block away!

This property needed some repairs on it. The lock sometimes needed a 0, sometimes not. It was difficult. As soon as you enter the musty smell hits you. Things looked clean though. The stairs and some floors squeaked loudly. The fan in the top floor twin room actually started to fall out of the window. The bedroom doors on upper floor didn’t close. The back door by the laundry leaked (from the rain) but has done so for quite some time because the floor has peeled the varnish off. The noise outside rang through the bedrooms until well past midnight. Construction vehicles and buses woke everyone front and back rooms each morning at 5:00 am. Parking was another expense and was not convenient as we had to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to and from the car each day. A car is an essential even though the ad suggests the area is walkable. Luckily, we enjoyed our vacation despite the housing not living up to its potential. In our case, 4 women, a hotel would have been a lot better!

Fantastic city center home!

The home is centrally located in historic downtown Lancaster. The home is clean, decently stocked, beds are comfortable and suitable for a group of 3 adult couples. The owners were very responsive and the check-in process was simple! We would stay there again!

This is a great, spacious, well kept property with nice upgrades. 2.5 baths are a big plus and less than a block from marketplace.

Wonderfully appointed townhouse

We had a wonderful family weekend. The bedrooms are all well appointed, as is the fully equipped kitchen and Lovely dining room. The house is filled with tasteful artwork. I would highly recommend the house for a family vacation in a historically interesting city.

The property was as described. It was a wonderful place to stay. A very nicely appointed home with nice extras. The check in process was simple. We were able to walk to restaurants and the farmers market.

Wonderful townhome in the city

We enjoyed our stay in Lancaster in this wonderful home! Perfect spot located in the heart of the city! I loved that we were able to park and walk around. I highly recommend purchasing a guest parking permit, recommended by our host. Abby gave clear instructions on check in/out process. I would definitely stay here again when we visit Lancaster.

Great location and great property!

Such a cool place to stay especially the location. Loved the master bathroom - has a bench and all the girls in the family 'got ready' for the family wedding together! Neat little half bath downstairs - brilliant use of space. If you are coming with a toddler, I was pleased that knick-knacks were minimal and sturdy - less stress!

Great place!

My family wanted to enjoy some of the fun things to do in the Lancaster area while also enjoying the town of Lancaster. This house fit the bill! Well stocked with toiletries and towels and blankets etc, and spacious bedrooms! It’s within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and across the street from a really cool spot!

GREAT LOCATION

We had an excellent stay at this location. House was great. Clean, fully stocked, and loved that towels and sheets were supplied (made packing so much easier). Perfect location for events at the Convention Center. Bathroom on the third floor would be nice. First floor bathroom was tiny, although beautiful.

Fabulous Few Days

This is one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house was perfectly suited to our needs, clean, conveniently located to our event and plans. College prep stay over

We were moving our daughter into a local college and wanted to stay in Lancaster. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Abby was so responsive and helped with any recommendations we were in need of. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home

We had a mini girls’ weekend and this beautifully decorated house was perfect. Spacious bedrooms and large dining room table perfect for meals and playing games. Very clean and had every amenity we could possibly need. Location was very convenient for walking around town and many eating options, including a lovely food Hall right across the street. The hostess was wonderful to work. Highly recommend this property!
