住宿简介

Designer 4BR Downtown Lancaster. Walk Everywhere!

  • Experience Lancaster from the heart of the city in this beautifully renovated, designer-furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome—just steps from Central Market, Southern Market, the Convention Center, restaurants, coffee shops and downtown shopping.

Designed and decorated by local designer Fern.Ish Home, this thoughtfully renovated historic home home blends the character of a Lancaster City townhome with stylish, comfortable interiors. With four bedrooms and space for up to 8 guests, it’s an ideal home base for family trips, wedding weekends, girls’ weekends, convention stays and getaways with friends.

    THE SPACE

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:

    • King bedroom
    • Two Queen bedrooms
    • Bedroom with two Twin beds
    • 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom
    • Fully equipped kitchen
    • Spacious dining area for gathering over dinner or brunch
    • Comfortable living room
    • Washer + dryer
    • WiFi + air conditioning

From morning coffee around the kitchen island to dinner together after a day exploring Lancaster, the home was designed to give your group plenty of room to gather while still having your own spaces to retreat to.

    LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Leave the car behind and experience Lancaster on foot. The home is in Historic Downtown Lancaster, with the Lancaster County Convention Center approximately a 1-minute walk, the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square about 2 minutes away and Lancaster Central Market about 3 minutes away.

You’ll also be surrounded by some of Lancaster’s best restaurants, cafés, shops and local attractions. Several past guests specifically mention being able to park and walk to restaurants, Central Market and Southern Market as one of their favorite parts of staying here.

    PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING

This is a multi-level Lancaster City townhome, and guests should be comfortable navigating stairs. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located across different levels of the home. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, please reach out before booking and we’ll be happy to answer questions about the layout.

The home is located directly in the city center, so normal city sounds may occasionally be heard.

    PARKING

Dedicated on-site parking is not included with the property. A public parking garage is located approximately one city block away, and additional street-parking options are available nearby.

Whether you’re coming to Lancaster for a wedding, convention, family weekend or simply to eat, shop and explore, this is an ideal home base for experiencing the city like a local.

This property needed some repairs on it. The lock sometimes needed a 0, sometimes not. It was difficult. As soon as you enter the musty smell hits you. Things looked clean though. The stairs and some floors squeaked loudly. The fan in the top floor twin room actually started to fall out of the window. The bedroom doors on upper floor didn’t close. The back door by the laundry leaked (from the rain) but has done so for quite some time because the floor has peeled the varnish off. The noise outside rang through the bedrooms until well past midnight. Construction vehicles and buses woke everyone front and back rooms each morning at 5:00 am. Parking was another expense and was not convenient as we had to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to and from the car each day. A car is an essential even though the ad suggests the area is walkable. Luckily, we enjoyed our vacation despite the housing not living up to its potential. In our case, 4 women, a hotel would have been a lot better!

Great location and great property!

Such a cool place to stay especially the location. Loved the master bathroom - has a bench and all the girls in the family 'got ready' for the family wedding together! Neat little half bath downstairs - brilliant use of space. If you are coming with a toddler, I was pleased that knick-knacks were minimal and sturdy - less stress!

GREAT LOCATION

We had an excellent stay at this location. House was great. Clean, fully stocked, and loved that towels and sheets were supplied (made packing so much easier). Perfect location for events at the Convention Center. Bathroom on the third floor would be nice. First floor bathroom was tiny, although beautiful.
