We love staying at Willow Acres Retreat. The home is very clean, cozy and welcoming. Julie and Ken are a phone call away if anything is needed. They have amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and also a laundry room. It is close to restaurants, shopping and shows. We will be back next year.

Great Location

The house is very conveniently located to interesting places to visit and to a variety of eateries. It was a good place for our family to spend a few days of sightseeing and relaxing together.

The location is ideal. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property is in excellent condition and is spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Easy communications with the hosts. Nice deck with gas grill. This was our second time here. We will definitely stay here again!

Wow or HOME are the best words for this house and location.

Fantastic location. Close to everything we visited. We would stay here in this house on every visit to Lancaster. The beds suit me to a tee woke up rested each morning. Hosts were communicative and friendly. I wish every stay was just like this one!!!

Fall in Lancaster

Willow Acres Retreat is centrally located whether you are visiting for the outlets, Sight and Sound, Farmers Markets, or just the serenity of the Amish Community and farm lands. Property and house was exceptionally clean and the host was convenient to communicate with. Perfect for our Fall Getaway with our adult nieces.

Lancaster Getaway

We loved our stay in this house. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hosts, Julie and Ken, were wonderful. We had a minor problem and they responded immediately. This is our second time staying there and we will go back again.

Clean and convenient

Came for a wedding in Lancaster with an elderly cousin. The house was clean, comfortable and easily accessible with her walker. Hosts were kind and responsive… even delivering new batteries for the tv remote. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for a long holiday weekend with family. It had everything you would need. Exceptionally clean. The hosts were always available if anything was needed. Clean, but the kitchen isn't great

This property was great and very clean. The setup was perfect for what our family needed. However, the kitchen needs updated. Neither the oven nor the microwave heats food properly; in fact, the oven looks original to the home. There were no knives in the kitchen that work, and the cooking utensils, including pots and pans, could be of higher quality. Overall, the communication with the owners was great, and the location was perfect.

Great house in great location

Our group of 7 (3 adults, 4 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was more convenient and cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. The driveway was more than big enough for our rental van. The washer and dryer made our lives and unpacking when returning home easier. The kitchen and patio tables helped save money and aggravation instead of going out. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and beds were a little small but were fine. If my biggest complaint was the soft water (I realize a pet peeve of mine) it was good stay. . Location-wise, a Chic-fil-a is across the street, it's walkable to the outlets and perhaps Dutch Wonderland (1.5 miles to save $22 parking),

We made a reservation months before our stay.No issues with reserving this property. Just like we were told,they contacted us for the key code the morning of our stay. No issues getting in any time. The house was just as shown in the pictures.Everything was clean and neat for us. Enough towels for the stay. Washer, dryer and the dish washer worked well. There was 4 adults in our party. We were so close to eating places and sidewalks to take a walk.The house was really fixed up cute.The ice maker was great since we had a cooler with us. A Coffee pot and a keurig for my husband,a toaster,microwave, utensils,pots and pans helped with our meals. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

This property was more than we could have asked for. It was clean, perfect location to shopping and all the sights we wanted to see. Julie and Ken were wonderful.
