Lancaster Lancaster National Soccer Center Hotels

"The room was good and was clean. The staff was cheerful and fast. The "toiletries" they claim to provide consisted of three bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap on the wall of the shower. (The description in the advertisement led me to believe the hotel had returned to the "old time" hotel providing the items including things like shower caps, razors, soap at the sink, etc.) There was also a hole, un-patched, in the bathroom door. Still, I would have given the hotel 5 stars except when I went to breakfast at 7 am there was nothing left in the hot food section except some very sad sautéed vegetables and bread. (the coffee from the machine was great). Just a note: No charging stations for EV's either. "

"If you need a last min place to stay it’s not bad for the price but I expected more from the property. My covers had wholes in it they covered it up with a sheet , floors had stains from the lack of sweeping/ mopping. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The overall experience was acceptable. I stayed for one day, but on the day of my departure, the fire alarm unexpectedly sounded in my room, and I was asked how much longer I needed to vacate the premises at 11am despite check-out being at 12pm. Additionally, around 9 a.m., my room key ceased to function. Consequently, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay again, but overall, the experience was not the worst."
