Weekend at Doc's Cottage

We had a great time staying at Doc's cottage, watching the sunset from the front porch and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. Great location, fantastic local bakery and restaurants.

This property is overdue for some maintenance. The ensuite tap was leaking and towel rail was broken off. Switch to fan in 3rd bedroom broken. A big sunken hole in the pavement that leads to the front door. We had a big water leak under the house that we reported straight away and nothing was done about it. Great location but needs some TLC

Great location! This place has so much potential with more upkeep (i.e lawn instead of sand in backyard). To be honest it’s all a bit run down. Aldo the front bedroom is also the only one with aircon so the others get quite warm.

The property was clean and in a great location, but it is an old house that is in desperate need of repair. Its tired, very tired and the gardens have not seen a gardener in a very long time. To say that it doesn't resemble the online photo's is an absolute understatement.
