“Perfect location. Right outside the boarder of France and Switzerland. 30 second walk to the trams which takes you into Geneva Lake town in 10 minutes or smaller town a few stops away. Tram on the opposite side also takes you into France. Restaurants all around within 30 seconds or few mins walk. Property has a fridge and cooking equipment if you want a cheaper night in. Pharmacy nearby, mini grocery store. Safe to walk at night (I got home after 9pm and travelled alone). Lift access and clean……

“The place is beautiful. The apartment was really confortable. We were party of 4, and really enjoyed the space of the room. My only comment would be to have a small store for things like salt o oil, to be able to cook on the kitchenette. Other than that, the stay was awesome ”

“我們住的是家庭房，原先的起居室的沙發變成小朋友的床，沙發床攤開後，走道就顯得狹窄。原先的小餐桌也被移到主臥室。 但優惠的價格可以換到兩房不會互相干擾的空間，加上緊鄰許多餐廳，以及離車站不遠。算是超值的旅館，值得推薦。”

“With Cars, the location was good. Not faraway from Geneva. Not far from city. I book a apartment with 4 PP With small kitchen. Free parking. Wifi was week and slow. But with this price. It is not bad at all”

“Très bon séjour. Très bonne réactivité d'Abritel et de la Conciergerie du Lac dès que nous avions une question. Un petit bémol sur l'état du four et du sèche serviette qui ne fonctionnait pas. La proximité du vieil Annecy et du lac est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons.”
