This modern, renovated country estate offers you pure nature and absolute tranquillity. The large, enclosed nature property is located above the picturesque river Aulne, surrounded by a 20-hectare forest area. Tradition and maximum comfort are successfully combined here. In the spacious living area (80 sqm), rare Breton style furniture is harmoniously placed next to the most modern designer elements. From the gallery of the high glass building, the view sweeps far over the forest and fields. Four spacious bedrooms and four well-equipped bathrooms put the comfort of any star hotel in the shade. After a long hike, you will be happy to relax by the cozy open fire or in the in-house sauna.The small town of Landeleau is located in the heart of the Finisteres. It stands for green landscapes and forests, les Montagnes Noires, known for its kilometers of marked hiking trails, including the well-known Way of St. James and numerous mountain bike trails. The Aulne River and the Nantes-Brest canal can be wonderfully explored by canoe or kayak. Various beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in just under an hour's drive.
