3. Parking: Use the first driveway on the left with the asphalt for a maximum of three vehicles. The driveway on the right in front of the garage is for the occupants of the other unit. Absolutely no parking is allowed on the rural country road. Any vehicles parked on the road will be towed.
4. PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies. *If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.*
5. 14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. The deposit is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
