No hidden fees.” However, the hot tub is described as “heated for a small fee per night,” which is 40 per day. With a nightly rate of approximately 200, this represents a 20% increase. Additionally, there is a 35 per night pet fee. These amounts may not align with many travelers’ expectations of what constitutes a “small fee,” particularly when the property is marketed as pet-friendly.The listing also references a pool as an available amenity, but it is not accessible during the winter months. This information was not clearly presented in the main overview and was instead provided in detailed pre-arrival materials.Most concerning was that these additional charges and restrictions were communicated less than 24 hours before check-in, leaving limited opportunity to adjust plans or secure alternative accommodations.Clear and transparent pricing is important to travelers.
