“Belle chambre au calme ”

“It’s a run down hotel with disorganised staff and in need of maintenance. Cleaning staff were ok but cleaning was not great! However for a super cheap hotel in a good location we rated it higher. This hotel has had its day and needs a good splash of paint, a thorough deep clean and new management, just a few tweeks, we would have happily paid more for its location and rated it so much better had a bit of care and attention to detail been given!”

“We had a lovely family holiday here! Some of the reviews worried me a little bit i cant lie, but there was no need!! It was coean, comfortable and well suited for us. The pool was lovely, the beach was very pleasant. Thw staff were always friendly and helpful and the snack bar food was very nice x”

“Check-in was a little confusing, we arrived at 19:30 so reception was closed, i didn't receive an email with the details i needed so had to call the number to get the code for the key box. The place is nice, but there's not much around that doesn't close early, so make sure you have supplies if arriving late or you'll be getting a pizza from the vending machine...We did, wasn't actually bad! The room could have been cleaner, bathroom was dusty. The balcony needed a good clean. Kitchenette was……

“Green Resort is a beautiful spot, with really friendly and helpful staff. The lodge was clean and comfortable with space to relax on the deck, and the pool area is friendly and inviting. The neighbouring restaurant serves delicious sharing platters. Quite a walk to the beach, but well worth it!”

No hay tienda o superette como anuncian en los carteles, ni pan por la mañana por lo que hay que ir a buscar los croissants y el pan a 2 kilómetros . El apartamento tenía muchas carencias. La anunciada máquina "Nespresso" no existía. Había una máquina de café con filtro , pero no tenía filtro. La grifería estaba medio rota y una de las 2 sarténes estaba bien rayada. Faltaba de todo en la cocina, no había ni……

“Positives - The balcony is genuinely useful for drying clothes and towels. On-site parking is a major plus in Hossegor as street parking is a nightmare, though spaces fill quickly. The location itself is excellent and easily walkable to both the lake and town centre. Negatives - Check-in & Access: The door code didn't work. We had to trek back to reception, which is in a different building on a different street—information you only discover after arrival. They issued a replacement……
