「Was in town for a Carlisle Event Weekend and very happy we stayed here as opposed to a hotel. House is super cute, very clean and has a beautiful setting. Very quiet with only sounds of nature. Great place to unwind after long days at the fairground. Enjoyed early mornings on the back porch looking at the scenery and the wild birds feeding their babies. Recommended if your planning to stay in the area.」

「Our family of 12 truly enjoyed our stay at the Waltz River Home. It was an absolutely beautiful& cozy setting by the Susquehanna River. They provided fishing poles, kayaks, and we built a fire and made smores provided by the hosts. Definitely would highly recommend a stay at tbis property.」

「We were in Carlisle for a funeral for the mother of a close friend. The location was very convenient to where we needed to be and there is a restaurant across the road that has a wonderful breakfast! Rob was very helpful and was going to meet us but we arrived in town later than we expected so he just gave us the door code and then we called him when we got there and he went over everything pertaining to the tv and other things on the phone with my husband, if you are traveling with animals...

「We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! 30 of us from a small sorority at widener university stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The girls all enjoyed the spacious layout, plenty of rooms, spacious outdoor(with the hot tub) and not to mention we loved the goats! Would recommend although it was bad weather before our trip so we couldn’t do much in the area! We still had an amazing time.」

「First time multiple night visit to Harrisburg. Third floor cozy apartment in a beautiful building facing the Susquehanna.
