The staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful especially Jimmi, who went out of her way to make the family feel comfortable and at home in the hotel. Mia was also helpful. Thank you for making our trip and stay at your hotel very memorable! Kudos to the staff!! The hotel location is central and easily accessible to most eateries, shopping, and points-of-interest in the old district of Hanoi.
