Angenehme Wohnung

Das Feriendomizil ist zentral gelegen und man fühlt sich dort wohl. Einzig der Ausblick vom Balkon in einen ziemlich verwilderten Garten ist negativ. Bei der Küchenausstattung besteht Luft nach oben.

Nicht nochmal diese Wohnung.

Vermietet hatten wir das Appartement Strandgut, kurz vor der Ankunft wurden wir benachrichtigt, dass die Gäste dort verlängert hatten und wir deshalb die Strandperle bekommen würden. Wir hatten angefragt, ob wir mit 2 Katzen kommen dürfen, die Antwort war positiv. Deshalb wurde die Wohnung nicht sauber gemacht, es war dort lange Zeit nicht gewischt worden. Das Treppenhaus hatte auch schon sehr lange kein Besen und kein Schrubber gesehen.Unter dem Sofa war soviel Dreck und Hundehaare. In der Küche fehlten viele Kochutensilien. Keinerlei Lebensmittel, das haben wir verstanden, aber 2 abgegriffene Plastik Eierlöffen, eins davon ging sofort kaputt. Die ganze Wohnung war kalt und unpersönlich. Die Türen der Schränke im Bad und Wohnzimmer gingen nicht richtig zu, alle Möbelgegentände ausser das Sofa waren wackelig und man hatte Angst, das die Schubladen bei Berührung ausfallen könnten. Die Vermieter wohnten unten und erwiederten unsere Grüße nicht. Sobald sie merkten, dass wir im Treppenhaus sind, sind sie sofort reingegangen. Es war unpersönlich und nicht Gastfreundlich. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür war hilfreich. Die Agentur sollte vor dem Einzug der Gäste ab und zu die Wohnungen besichtigen. Die Wohnung an sich war gut, nur eben nicht sauber und es fehlte ausser ein Paar Küchenutensilien auch eine persönliche Note. Der Preis sollte dies auch gewährleisten.

...sie liegt relativ nahe am Zentrum, das zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad problemlos erreicht werden kann und hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht und vorfinden möchte.

Schöne, große Ferienwohnung

Schön, große Ferienwohnung, die nicht neu ist, aber gut gepflegt. Lediglich das Bett im ersten Stock knarzt so laut, dass man besser allein darin schläft. Bad und Küche sind super ausgestattet und die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Fahrräder kann man leider nur schlecht abstellen, da Garagen zur unteren Wohnung gehören.

Empfehlenswert

Sehr gute Lage. Die Uferpromenade, der Bahnhof, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung, was besonders im Winter sehr angenehm ist. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung im Inserat.

Top Ferienwohnung in direkter Lage

Die Wohnung war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber und sie machte einen sehr modernen Eindruck. Leider sind im Laufe des Aufenthalts immer mehr Dinge ins Auge gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht sehr hochwertig da sich zum Beispiel das Leder von der Couch löst, die Betten sehr knacken, das Eisfach sehr klein ist und der Holzboden vor dem Bad aufquillt. Die Küche ist nicht dafür ausgelegt groß selbst zu kochen, da zum Beispiel eine Waage und ein Schneebesen fehlten. Unser größter Mängel waren die Müllentsorgungsmöglichkeiten. Papiertüten für den Biomüll war nur eine vorhanden, wodurch wir sammeln mussten und es begonnen hat in der Wohnung zu stinken. Auch über die Mülltrennung sollten die Gäste mehr aufgeklärt werden wenn die Mülltonnengrößen für 3 Wohnungen so beschränkt sind und über die gelben Säcke sollten mehr Informationen weitergegeben werden, da diese Informationen nicht richtig waren. Der Untermieter musste diesbezüglich energisch aufklären. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in den Pfingstferien vier Tage in Langenargen. Die Wohnung liegt 2 Minuten vom Bodensee entfernt. Das Zentrum erreicht man in 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung war für uns genau richtig. Wir werden wieder kommen.
