"The room we had was excellent and spacious. The room was kept clean & check & good amenities. Only down side was the t.v. as was due to be upgraded so we had bad signal. We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements. Thank tou to the tram "

The room was impressive (very spacious, clean, ocean views - one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in), breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very kid friendly. We appreciated the little things that customer service thought of - one day we came back to our room and there was a kids tent in the room! These little thoughtful touches made our stay memorable and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come again! "

"Clean nicely maintained room with the most comfortable bed I have had in Asia. Staff is awesome and super friendly. The pool is very nice and large enough to acomodate the guests comfortably. The only drawback to the hotel and it’s not their fault, is that it is about a 15 minute walk to shopping. That being said 15 min. Walk or 15 ringgit grab cab that is there in a few minutes and you are on your way. "
