We had a really nice room. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly. Some of the things in the room could have been better. The glass top stove was cracked, the lamp shade was cracked and chipped, the foot stool was lightly soiled with dirt, the closet door was missing, some furniture had wear marks, tub had chips of paint off. The breakfast was wonderful! The beds, bedspreads, pillows, and sheets were really nice. Despite some wear on items we had a fantastic stay!

Nice and clean hotel and it is worth every penny. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Front desk workers were hit or miss-some very friendly and helpful, others not so. Hotel guests were noisy and the cooking odors on some floors were overwhelming. Overall, a decent price and our room was clean and spacious for two people. Not bad overall but I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Spacious at a good price. We enjoyed the comfortable beds. Two small things, towels are very small and smart TV would be nice to be able to stream something we subscribe to.

I stayed for one night. The water pressure in the shower was entirely too low. I like nice showers the pressure was so low. It was hard to get all the soap off. Sofa bed was nothing springs. It was close to fed ex field. However I wouldn’t stay if we had to use the sofa bed or if all the rooms has bad water pressure

I was so disappointed with the stay!! We were put on a first floor room and had no privacy woth people walking by. Carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. There were holes in the furniture, and a Daddy long legs spider in the room. Breakfast - took too long for refills and to get forks.

Staff seemed inconvenienced by breakfast crowd (though it was a nice breakfast). The hotel was mostly clean, the laundry room was half operational (but free), the outside areas were not cleaned or maintained, the room was clean but very small for a suite. Don't expect to be able to use the kitchenette, the fridge is good sized but the rest of the space was so tiny it was unusable. Ok for a couple nights.

I made a reservation with this property in error. Within a 12 hour time frame of realizing my mistake, I contacted expedia and the hotel itself to get cancel and get reimbursed. Expedia did their very best to help, but the hotel was not willing to compromise. Therefore, I had to pay the full amount owed for the 2 night stay even though I stayed at another hotel 20 minutes away. I have been using Expedia for hotel accomodations for years and I have NEVER had a hotel be so unwilling to accomodate a guest. Never again will I use Staybridge.

Checked in with my teen granddaughters for a college tour. Walking to our rooms we heard a party going on in one room and an extremely loud TV coming from another. There were pizza boxes and other trash outside of at least one quarter of the rooms as we walked down the corridor. We were given rooms across from each other as requested but one of the rooms was occupied. The occupant was obviously living there. They came at us with sticks after we entered. It was apparent quickly that this was a "welfare" hotel. We were given another room but not on the same floor. As we approached that room there was a 17-20 year old man who didn't speak English trying to get into that room! I do speak Spanish though and he told me in that he came there from Texas. I told him that the room was assigned to us and he left but I reported it to the front desk and was told he was put out and should not have been on the property. So he was put out and because there was no security, he was able to just walk right into the hotel. The room was clean and what I expected at an IHG property but my husband woke up with two bites on his arms! The breakfast was awful. I wouldn't stay here for free.

The staff was very friendly. The room was big but there were some discrepancies within the room. The bathroom door would not shut, cracked mirror in one room, and the room was not that clean.

They said Wifi for the hotel but it didn't work. Also they had no power in the hotel for 2 days so it was very uncomfortable and it was no communication. In order ti find out what was going on had to go to the front desk and inquire about it

There was a power outage during my visit so I could not check-in as planned. It is understandable that the power outage was not within the hotel's control. HOWEVER, the staff did not seem to be sympathetic or even moderately helpful with the situation even as limiting as it was in terms of what they could do.

It was ok. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent. But no one cleaned our room even minimally like to give fresh towels or change garbage even though I asked twice. The fitness room smelled so bad that I didn't want to use it.
