"Clean room, could use some updating."

"The host at first was very friendly and communicate well. After complains the communication was not exactly there. The house looks great it has a lot of potential but the upkeep of the house for the price point was very disappointing. We had a few issues a mig shift stick for the shower to work, the front porch had bird poop but it had been there for a while, loose kitchen cabinets, the oven didn’t work if all the burners were being used, the exterior fans out of the 3 only one would work, a leak under the garbage disposal, the wine cellar was used for the dirty linen it looked so messy nothing like the pic, the A/C on the main floor didn’t work and we paid 300 extra to have the pooled heater and that didn’t work. We were told that we would get a refund for the pool heater not working but it been 9 days and still no refund. Nor have I heard from anyone since then. I communicate with the management company for some kind of compensation and that was also rejected. The compensation was pretty fair less than 10% of what we paid. Property has potential for 2.5 million dollar home as I was told but it could be worth 10 million if you don’t do even the smallest of upkeep it’s not worth it."

"This was a very nice cottage like home. Our Host was very helpful and immediately available. We rented the boat which was a huge plus. The Cobalt boat was in very good condition. We would rent again."

"The interior of the house was clean and neat! Unfortunately, the grass was almost up to our knees and should have been cut weeks ago. The front porch & walkway area had debris that should have been swept. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of pots, pans, and many utensils which was great!! Unfortunately we could not regulate the AC. The thermostat upstairs would light up but we could not change anything. The thermostat on the main floor didn't even light up:(. I contacted the host but it took 24 hours for them to call me. The house is on the lake and even though the water level can't be controlled, it would have been nice to know before we arrived, that there was no water in the cove this house is located. This is in a very convenient location to Lake Lanier Islands where my company was holding an event. If these items are corrected, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Friends would not stop talking about the view. Host was great! Very nice and accommodating. We had a few hiccups with a few things but host was very attentive and made sure everything was resolved right away. The property was beautiful and was perfect to fit a large group. We were lucky to find a place so close to our wedding venue to house everyone! Thank you for a great stay."

"The property was beautiful inside and the outside area was very nice. We would have preferred an actual bed on the main floor rather than the “porch swing” but all of the casual spaces to sit and talk with family members and friends made up for that.We would still rebook this property. We did enjoy our stay!!"
