Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: equipped kitchen, living room, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), a bathroom with shower and toilet. Floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 convertible into a double bed), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. At your disposal: a private garden of 200 m². Parking of your vehicles in the private courtyard of the gîte (30 m²). Welcome to Lannion! Located 200 m from the shops (restaurants, cinemas, train station, etc.) and 8 km from the beaches, this gite adjoining the owners' home is ideal for discovering the Côte de Granit Rose. You will stay there in peace in a garden planted with trees in the city center full of charm... Come and stroll through its streets, cobbled alleys and admire the superb half-timbered or slate houses, witnesses of the medieval past. If you go for a trip to the coast, you can discover the flagship seaside resorts of the Côte de Granit Rose: Trebeurden (10 km), Trégastel (13 km), Perros Guirec (13 km) and its well-known district of Ploumanac' h. Enjoy the scenery! You will never tire of contemplating this magnificent coast with its fancifully shaped rocks. For idleness or sports enthusiasts, beaches with crystal clear waters await you. .
