“My family of four had a great time staying here. The unit is clean, well taken care of, and had plenty of space for us. We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night. “This house the cleanest house we’ve ever gone to. It was an amazing few days! The house was exactly as listed, very cute house on the bay. The host was so responsive and helpful for anything and everything. We caught crab, saw sting rays, made friends with the neighbors, and had a great time. “The owner really needs to invest in some basic upkeep.The outside property was overgrown and had garbage laying around as if the place was vacant for months.Inside the kitchen has ants, both bathrooms had black mold on the shower curtains.The grill had no gas (3 empty tanks) and was left a complere mess.All of this can easily be rectified with thorough cleaning and basic upkeep.”

“This was the best way to celebrate my father in law’s 90th birthday. We had 14 people overall. All 4 of his children and 3 of 6 grandchildren.
