everything as expected and no surprises.
booked a room with sea view. looked exactly like in the website photos. Room decorations does have that 1800's African explorers feel to it. Check in and out were quick and efficient. Breakfast is standard. I had more dim sum than i expected. Kids love it. however, it's a bit strange that the disney movie and cartoon channels are not 24 hours. for example the Star wars channel starts 10am. Baffling. Parking permit allows me to park both at the hotel and at the disneyland carparks, saving me time waiting for the shuttle.

Cozy environment, friendly staff and hard working cleaning ladies. Though a long queue in the hotel pickup bus, we didn't spend even 10 mins in waiting. I can feel how they planned and cared about customers.

晚上櫃檯只有一人，連買餐點也要跟他買，隊伍排了有點長，也沒有其他人員來協助，只好點room service,食物很貴東西超級少。 整體來說，服務人員態度都冷冷的，除了有迪士尼的特色之外，就是一個很一般的飯店。
