這次是家庭旅遊. 我們住的是國賓廳, 服務人員的態度都非常好. 包含check in 的時候, 人員也都是非常親切跟解說非常清楚. 房間的部分, 因為酒店是表較久的飯店. 所以感覺上設施是比較舊一點. 洗手間的淋浴的水也比較小. 但是整體來說. 都含算不錯

酒店設施指示不夠清晰，員工與員工之間缺乏合作，我們在取回行李時，負責行李部的職員不在，但我們後方有其他職員看見我們在等候，但不見得有人知會行李部的同事。房間清潔整理可以，但浴室連身體乳也沒有提供，有點失望；另外環保雖然是好，但毛巾沐袍都有點舊，有點不太安心的感覺，希望貴酒店在環保及客人的體驗感方面可以取得更好的平衡；浴缸側的爹哋嚟聽吓瓦身扶手底部的玻璃膠有發霉，令我有點驚訝！哦
