This elegant vacation rental is a beautifully appointed 6-room villa spanning 180 m2, fully renovated in 2023 and designed to accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interiors are characterized by spacious, light-filled spaces with comfortable and modern furnishings throughout.

On the ground floor, a large living and dining room of 85 m2 takes center stage, featuring a panoramic window, a generous dining table, and a flat screen television. From this space, direct access leads to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms of 15 m2 each are equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a hand-basin, a private shower, and individual air conditioning. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms of 11 m2 each are available, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and individual air conditioning. This floor is served by a shared bathroom featuring a shower, a double hand-basin, and a separate WC.
