Staff on Sunday morning (we departed at 6:25AM) was very kind to pack a breakfast to go since our bus departed at 6:30AM. We had no time to eat breakfast in the morning and restaraunt did not open till 7am. But staff was so kind to pack a "to go" back with delicious food to eat on the train to Zurich. Thank you. Also staff greeting was very kind when we arrived a few hours before check in. They were able to prepare the room early for us and provide hot chocolate and coffee while we waited in the restaraunt.

Ideales Hotel mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sind sauber, zweckmässig, jedoch etwas spärlich und altmodisch eingerichtet. Leider gibt's kein Lift in Obergeschosse. Frühstück ist vielseitig. Und auch die Lage ist ok für viele Wanderungen oder um mit dem öV ein Ziel zu erreichen.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr moderne Zimmer. Sehr bequemes großes Bett. Leider kein Tisch und kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Die Sauna war top! Das Frühstück gut. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Hoteleigener Parkplatz ist super und sogar überdacht. Leider ist ist das Restaurant Montags geschlossen. Es war sehr schwierig in der Umgebung abends etwas zu Essen zu finden. Andere Restaurants hatten auch Montag zu. Bei 4 Sternen erwarte ich Abends die Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Die Zimmer haben einfache Fenster und der Lärm der Straße nebenan ist unangenehm. Man kann schlecht schlafen.

Das Personal wahr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir was auf hohem Niveau anmerken können, währe es frisches Brot (wahr aufgebacken), mehr Früchte oder aufgeschnittene (Orange und Apfel verfügbar) und eventuell regionale Produkte.
