“Impossible for hotels.com or for you to get in touch with the property prior to or during your trip so hope you arrive in their checkin window or it's a nervous bust to figure out what you're going to do with your bags. For that reason I don't think it's worth the hassle because I was very stressed about this and hotels.com staff also couldnt' connect with them at all. Once/if you check in though the place is amazing and the cleaning people are incredibly nice. Property is very secure and safe.”

“Stayed for five days in connection with a conference. I ordered the smallest room, which was plenty of space for one. Amazing breakfast by order. On site Café. Good location, walking distance from the center of Stellenbosch”

“Coming from the US and having heard all kinds of stories about SA, I will say this property is very safe and secure, with (free) gated parking. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and had a patio area and kitchen. It was enormous. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and eager to share all the great things Stellenbosch has to offer. Laundry service is a plus and so is the location—walkable to any number of great restaurants and cafes. Great value as well. Highly recommended.”

“Genuinely brilliant. There’s a lovely courtyard pool, chef-made breakfast with continental also available if you’re in a rush, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with aircon. Most importantly, the staff are welcoming, helpful and caring. Can’t speak highly enough!”

“The parking lot is relatively small and we were only able to park outside the main entrance for our stay! Our room has renovated, they were neat n clean ! Good breakfast too!”

“The room was very clean, and the staff excellent. The managers Micaela and Sash were top notch. Any extra need I had, for example, asking for a writing desk, or laundry to be washed, were immediately taken care of. Management responded to any queries immediately on what's app. I highly recommend this venue”

“Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC.”
