The place is accessed up a narrow road with tight turns, so you'll need to have a car that is smaller/ good for that. We arrived late in the evening and could not find close street parking. The available spots were all taken. We had to walk about a half mile (.8 km) from where we parked to the place. We dropped our bags off at the end of the road, but even from the closest parking spot, be prepared...

Leider gibt es nur einen Schlüssel und niemand kann Haus und Grundstück ohne Schlüssel betreten oder verlassen. Wenn einer traininen oder spazieren geht, sind die anderen eingesperrt. "Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city."
