They had the bedding arranged and the food we had at the resort, both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. I’m glad they used skilled chefs because at most resorts or hotels, food is terrible. This resort had decent chefs that served proper food. "

While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience.
