  • A sand dune, you may think it's all sand and it's boring. But I saw the layers of #blue and it became the highlight of our trip! You can see the clear sky and the ocean (peeking on the right side of the photo!) while you enjoy a thrilling 4x4 ride. Also some amazing local residents/young tourist guides/photographers are waiting to take your perfect sand boarding and jump shot! How cool is that?

I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool. Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy.

Great place to stay in Laoag

We were a big group so I appreciate so much that the rooms were clean and the kids were able to use the pool. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and they accommodated our every need.

I was uncomfortable as they placed as in the garage area. It looks like a love motel. Some of the staff were also loitering right in the garage and near the room making me uncomfortable. There is no cabinet in the room, the chairs and table are uncomfortable as the tables weremade of cement and connected to the wall. The shower is old with very little water coming out so you can't take a bath properly. They also only give a bath soap. The toilet stinks even when we first entered. There are no other design in the room and it feels like sleeping in a box. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix

Hôtel assez grand avec une très belle piscine. Les chambres sont simple mais propres. L'air conditionnée est trop bruyante impossible de dormir la nuit en laissant tourner. Sinon pour le prix avec un petit déjeuner correct, rien à redire de negatif.

Poor service in serving breakfast, we’ve waited for about 30mins before it was served while the order was taken from us since the night before. When the bfast was already served we’ve again waited for the coffee to be provided, our plates were already emptied before it was served!!!

The place has small units. Has to be transferred to another room for non- functional water heater. The 2nd room assigned has sink that drain very slowly. Free breakfast is inadequate. No brochures available for tours.

sand boarding is a joke in Laoag

they allowed us to check in early for no extra charge. room was clean and stocked with supplies. t.v. was small but had a bunch of stations. shower had hot water and it came with free breakfast. the lady was happy so they are doing things right. I would stay there again.

Clean place but a tight squeeze

The hotel was a bit new, so the facilities were good and clean. But the room was small, specially the comfort room. There was barely enough leg room for the toilet bowl, you basically have to throw your leg across it to go to the shower. There were only a few choices for the free breakfast but thankfully the portions and taste were good. Staff were not in uniform so it was difficult to distinguish them except for those in the front desk. In the four nights we were there, there was nobody who came in to clean & change the towels. Overall it was okay but I think there are other low-cost hotels that can offer better services.
