Cheap stay so ok, good customer service, room was basic and small as expected but not that clean and quite dark. Breakfast quite good, no fruit but fresh baked goods

Welcoming and very good value

Franck is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We have stayed overnight at Hotel Inn Design, Laon, 5 times and find it excellent value for the price. It's very clean, bed is comfortable and it's only a short walk to Aldi and Carrefour supermarkets.

Friendly host. Value for money stay. 2.5hrs from Calais. The old town is defiantly worth a visit.

For the price, this was an amazing stay. The check in is late- which was tough- but the staff are so friendly and the room was clean. I recommend staying here as an inexpensive and pet and family friendly option.

We were expecting and happy with basic room for the price. BUT unfortunately it was truly awful. The bathroom was really dirty and the sewerage smell was dreadful . It was so late on arrival and we were exhausted we reluctantly stayed the night but got up really early and left for another hotel. Each to their own but it wasn't for us.

Slidt Hotel

Det er længe siden det har været et design hotel. Det er gammelt og slidt, og der er skimmel på værelset og meget skimmel på badeværelset. Den ene af os, fik luftvejsproblemer p.g.a. skimmel. Den unge pige der sad i receptionen da vi kom, kunne ikke et ord engelsk. Det er ikke godt nok. Hotelejeren kunne engelsk, men han var der kun de sidste dage. Værelset var meget lille. 7 € pr. person for morgenmad, var alt for meget, med det udvalg der var, så vi valgte at klare morgenmaden selv. Byen Laon er helt bestemt et besøg værd.
