一家4口之行，很適合小朋友，沙灘很細，主要都是出其他小島嶼，酒店內餐廳較貴，週未亦很多人，而且韓國人多，但早餐非常正，好多好多選擇~

渡假村規劃的很完善，建議住2天才能完整的享受到飯店內的所有設施。園內的水上樂園值得花整天的時間，外圍的海灘可以浮潛，海水乾淨但魚不是很多。房間佈置溫馨，整間飯店是極浪漫的宮廷風，很是華麗。早餐很豐富，韓式、日式、西式、中式、菲式應有盡有。

A little bit old I guess
The hotel is okay, but the restaurant bill is separated from the room bill, so strange you need to prepare money for them; also the beach is always closed, why? And the casino has no slot machines! The good thing is it is much more safe in the hotel area, but everything charge is too much!

A great resort for family
The overall stay was good and hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Most staff would greet you in Korean as 90% of hotel guests were Korean. Perhaps, one disappointment was the housekeeping services - they could hardly get things right the first time and we had to chase them again. Things like missing bath towels, bath room supplies, bottles of water, although nothing major, it could get annoying when you couldn't find the shampoo when having a shower for example. We recommend two on-site restaurants - Olive and Carol. Olive serves Philipino food. We tried the BBQ baby ribs. They were cooked to perfection and better still, they came in big portion enough for two people. Our kids enjoyed the kid's menu. Carol is a seafood restaurant. The seafood platter was pretty impressive.

Waterpark is Wonderful!

2nd visit.
This is the second time I lived in this hotel. The first time was in 2011 while it was still named Imperial Place. I enjoyed the pool villa very much last time and that's why it was my choice this time. Unfortunately I found a couple of things different that left me not a quite good experience: 1. The wifi did not work at all in my room and I did call for assistance but no one showed up. I called 3 times. 2. The phone the villa did not work right after 12pm on the check-out day while I was trying to call for the golf cart to carry my luggages and my kids. It ended up that I walked out and asked for help. 3. Too Korean-focused. One incidence that I was given a set lunch menu at Ching Hai, a Chinese restaurant, once I got my seats but it was collected back when I was asked for a coupon that I didn't have. I was told that the coupon was mainly for Korean. I don't mind paying a bit more as I want to have more options actually. The water park is good indeed especially for kids.

The hotel and water park are nice. They do allow considerable amount of “day pass” patrons visit which crowds large pool/water park areas and makes very difficult for hotel guests to find good seating.

JPark was an absolutely amazing place to stay and the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and over all incredible. The property is great and very family friendly. The multiple pools and huge variety of children’s activities made it a great family vacation. But I really can’t say enough about the staff. The people really made it special for us and always made sure our kids (4 and 6 years old) had a great time. Really above and beyond. As is typical for resorts, the property is an island of luxury amidst the bustle of a city, but it was easy to get around as needed. By far the most family friendly vacation we’ve been on, catering to the kids and parents alike.
