The overall stay was good and hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Most staff would greet you in Korean as 90% of hotel guests were Korean.
Perhaps, one disappointment was the housekeeping services - they could hardly get things right the first time and we had to chase them again. Things like missing bath towels, bath room supplies, bottles of water, although nothing major, it could get annoying when you couldn't find the shampoo when having a shower for example.
We recommend two on-site restaurants - Olive and Carol. Olive serves Philipino food. We tried the BBQ baby ribs. They were cooked to perfection and better still, they came in big portion enough for two people. Our kids enjoyed the kid's menu. Carol is a seafood restaurant. The seafood platter was pretty impressive.
