Overall a good place but terrible service. No one wanted to take responsibility over their mistake to include the gym photos that apperently wasnt for guests who didnt stay longer than 6 months. We explained that we booked this hotel specificly for the gym and since we only had 3 nights we thought the would let us in anyway since it was their mistake, but no. They told us to contact the person who owned the flat and he didnt want to solve the situation either, just told us that there was a gym down the street. For this price range you can find better service, a disapointment for sure.

When we arrived, we waited for 30 minutes and so because they were asking for paperworks and has an issue with the parking area, the guard says, the owner must fill out the form and fix all the paperworks but for some reason she did not prepare the paperworks beforehand. We used a terrible pan and the stove is too rusty to use. We supposed to use the safe unfortunately, it was locked and unable to use it. The showerhead is also leaking and uncomfortable to use.

Great ocean views in 2 directions

Check-in was very easy (especially compared to our friend who had a poor check-in experience). The apartment was great and had great ocean views in two directions. The area is wonderful with numerous options for food and beverages. The only negative was that there was no instructions for things to utilise (TV, internet, washing machine & pool).

Do not expect a hotel experience

Despite having confirmed beforehand our friend was almost in tears trying to check in - the One Pacific Residences concierge staff were particularly unhelpful (unwilling to help at all). Once in her unit, it was a wonderful unit (with a lovely view from the verandah) but there were no instructions for using things like the TV, internet, washing machine, nor anything explaining the opening hours for the pool (and how to get there) and the fact that a form needed to be completed before swimming there.

Horrific experience. Dirty, smelly, loud, Wi-Fi didn’t work, poor lighting, dangerous, and no front desk! I immediately left and booked a hotel. I couldn’t even get my money back for this place, but I didn’t care. I needed to get out of there right away. Horrific experience. Do not book under any circumstances, you will regret it. Book a nearby actual hotel instead for like $8 more per night.

Good place to rest at

This is a very good place to rest your head. Don’t expect a restaurant there so you will have to hunt for places to eat. House keeping wasn’t even offered. Due to bad timing (raining) and having to spend time there found out the tv audio wasn’t working. Tried to get fixed but ended up never getting fixed during my entire time there.

Issues: - No Hot water. They tried to fix it but it still failed. - Low water pressure. There is an issue with the building. - The bedroom has no door for privacy. It has curtains instead. - no ocean view. Its a view of land only. - sofa is NOT a pullout bed. Its a small 2 seat sofa. The good: There is hot water at the pool for showers. Pool is very nice and big. The caretaker was available and responsive. The area is very corporate and safe. Mostly chinese workers staying in this building. Mactan public beach is a 60 preso taxi ride. I wouldn’t walk it as it’s a dirt road. AC works good. Room was clean and very modern as it’s a new building.

HOTEL自体は立派な建物で部屋もキレイで内装も オシャレで良かったです。 ただ、以下が問題でした。 ・実質、民泊扱いで、HOTELのコンシェルジュが 管轄していないため、手違いで受付出来なかった。 HOTEL.comを見てるとHOTELがあると書かれてるのは 実際の場所でなくて、ビーチの場所のため、そこの予約を取ったのかと思い、 その付近まで行ってしまった。 そこに行くのとHOTELに帰るのにタクシーに2回、乗ってしまったんで その分の料金返金して欲しい位です。 HOTELやお部屋自体はイイトコなので、ご利用の際は 上記の点を留意した上で利用されるにはオススメです。
