Très correct en attendant un avion. Grande chambre

Les photos proposées ne correspondent pas à l'hôtel. Finalement l'établissement est très correct. Demander une grande chambre à l'arrière pour être au calme. Literie très bonne. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel.

갇힌 느낌,주변 볼거리가 그나마 위안.

새로 생긴 아파텔. 깨끗하나 룸서비스 안좋음. 전망 좋고 근처 해변이 있어 좋다. 교통이 불편해서 렌트카 있어야 와출할때 편하다.주변 가게들이 없다.고립된 느낌.

주위에 아무것도 살수가없으니 미리 숙소들어오기전에 먹을거 마실거사오세요ㅠㅠ 안사오셨거나 너무피곤해서 못나가겟다...하시는분들 돈여유되시면 옆에 호텔에서 뷔페나 바, 카페? 있어요! 거기서 돈더주고 맛잇게드세요ㅎㅎ

The property has a nice swimming pool, beside that, the location is far from everywhere. The room is not tidy, facilities are old and uncomfortable without even enough toilet paper. Not a convenient place if u like to travel around Cebu. Can’t even get a Grab or Taxi to go out ... disappointing experience

Nice place.

Nice apartment, said it had a dryer but it didnt and you could not hang clothes on balcony to dry. Do yourself a favor and get a rental car, not many jeepney's or cabs. Kitchen is alittle lacking in equipment.

Very very disappointed and won’t be back

I am very disappointed, i waste my time and money, i went in the property and waited for so almost 30 minutes for the person who got the key and still the person won’t show up so I left the property and rent other place to stay that night.

휴식하기좋은곳

주변에 정말 아~~~~~~~~무것도 없어서 차가 있으신분만 추천합니다 대충 예상해서 식재료를 사갔지만 중간에 물이 더 필요해서 나가려고 하니 일단 너무 안쪽에 있어서 그랩도 잘안잡히고 들어오는 택시를 잡아타지 않는이상 나가기 힘들며 택시타고 십분정도 나가야 세븐일레븐 편의점있습니다.... 돌아올땐 택시가 없어서 지프니타고 겨우 들어왔네요... 휴지도 하나뿐이고 여분도없어서 불편했고 세면도구 기대하진 않았지만 잘안닦이는 비누와 샴푸샘플이 다여서 세면도구는 전부 챙겨가시는게 좋습니다 그리고 수압이 너무 낮아서 하ㅜ 씻는데 너무 오래걸렸어요 하지만 뷰가 좋고 수영장이 생각보다 깊고 너무 쾌적했어요 관리가 잘된 아파트입니다 돈을 조금 더 지불하고 막탄뉴타운에 숙소를 잡는게 좋을것같아요...

불편한 위치, 편안한 장소

홈페이지의 막탄 씨사이드 아파트먼트라는 이름과 달리 아미사 프라이빗 레지던스라는 현지 이름 때문에 숙소를 찾을 때 자꾸 헷갈렸네요. 또한 입구가 두짓타니 호텔과 같이 공유되어서 처음 숙소 위치를 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 지도에서처럼 막탄 섬 끝자락에 위치하고 있어 저녁시간에는 그랩 잡기가 어려워 나오기 힘들다는 점 참고하세요. 하지만 숙소 크기와 청결도, 내부 퀄리티와 뷰, 수영장 같은 부대시설은 가격 대비 상당히 훌륭합니다. 편하게 쉬는 휴양을 저렴한 숙소에서 해결하고 싶을 때 묵기 좋겠네요.
