Never better experience!!! All the staff are nice and kind the food is sooo perfect you don’t even have to go outside of the hotel. Definitely will visit Sheraton Cebu again next time!

Typical PH hotel resort. Decent but only partially maintained….need more trash cans, more cleaners, more staff interaction, more property maps, etc. Neighbors are dirty and surrounding area is dirty, under construction, etc. Suite is nice, Pool is nice, dining options are good….but dont expect much from the beach. The property has not once dredged the beach, so tons of sharp rocks, etc. Not worth the price. Won’t be back and I am bonvoyage member.

Stay here! Don't bother anywhere else!
This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, the staff are phenomenal and possibly the best hospitality we have experienced in all of Asia! So welcoming and friendly and helpful...blown away! The hotel is stunning aesthetically and the rooms were fantastic, big space and so modern. The hotels pools were great although a little small and the beach was stoney and not sandy but you can get aqua shoes for free from the recreation desk which was a nice touch. Whether you love the sea or not you have to go snorkelling here, the amount of fish and the clarity of the water is incredible. We have stayed at other hotels in Cebu but this is the BEST by a long way!

年末年始に5泊家族6名で宿泊しました。高齢の母に対してとても優しくて丁寧に接して下さり、母は安心して過ごせました。 スタッフの方々の温かい応対は素晴らしいです。 新しいホテルの為立地が良くないのか、周りに何もなく、またホテル内にコンビニもなく、ちょっとした買い物が出来なくて不便に感じました。また、円から、米ドルからの両替も出来ず、街まで出なくてはなりませんでした。 ホテル内でのんびり過ごすだけならば最高です。

다시 가고싶은 리조트
리조트가 너무 아름다웠습니다. 수영장, 부히바, 조식레스토랑이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 수영장 운영시간을 좀 더 늦게까지 해주시면 좋을것같습니다. 841호 에어컨 소음이 너무 큽니다. 호텔앞 바다에 많은 물고기가 있어 재미있었지만 쓰레기도 많이 떠다녔습니다.
