"Pros for this property are that the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food is adequate for pub grub. The rooms are bright and clean Cons - The noise from the bar below prevented us from having a good night's sleep and that was during the day as well. May l please suggest that you put a mirror in the bedroom as l was unable to blow dry my hair without this."

"Great hotel and perfect location for our family, visiting relatives in South Dublin. Great family room, spacious with comfy beds and hot shower. Breakfast was excellent! Staff were also very helpful during our stay. I used the gym one morning, had all of the basic equipment needed and had it to myself 👍"

"Absolutely fabulous hotel from start to finish. The food was devine and the choice of two pools was amazing. The geothermal pool was fabulous as we had it to ourselves - a real treat. The break was really good value too as we went mid week. The Italian restaurant was the nicest food we have had in years. Rooms were really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The grounds were fab too and we loved the old style pool. Something for everyone"

"The property itself is beautiful, and I’m sure the rooms look amazing. However, I couldn’t even get past the check-in. My wife and I flew in on a Wednesday morning and got to the hotel and were excited to check in. I even called the day before and told them I land early and I was told they were most certainly accommodate an early check-in by 11 AM because they weren’t sold out of rooms apparently. Upon arriving, the Front Desk personnel that I worked with was already ignorant, rude, and seemed a bit racially motivated. She immediately said we do not do early check-in until 4 PM, however, after I spoke to her and told her I had already confirmed with someone the night before she went to the back, spoke to whoever she had to and came back and said we have a room that’s in ““ Cleaning stages and will be ready shortly. While that was happening, I asked her if there was an upgrade available to a balcony room she said there was she went over and chatted with another Front Desk personnel and granted me the upgrade for free after the other person said sure this was exciting until she told me that this room two is in Cleaning stages and will be ready by 12 PM to which I was fine with however 12 PM came 1 PM came 2 PM came and still no room then she tells me unfortunately I can’t check you in until 4 PM when I explicitly told her I have a wedding at 3 PM to get to. Instead of explaining to me that my original room I booked was ready to go, which another Front Desk person had told me "

"The hot tub was not working. There is a hole in the walkway covered by green turf carpet. We tripped and fell twice. Once getting a gash in my knee. It should be fixed not covered and hidden. "
