So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost……

“Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. ”

“El piso está a mitad de camino entre Pisa y Florencia. La calle en la que se encuentra es muy céntrica y no es difícil encontrar aparcamiento en los alrededores. El piso posee dos habitaciones, con dos camas de matrimonio. El baño está reformado, y en la ducha hay poco espacio pero poco se puede hacer. La cocina creemos que está limitado de menaje de cocina, hay un par de ollas y ya está, que es algo que te limita algo en familia, pero hay hervidor y cafetería. En definitiva, pasamos tres noches……

“We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil.……

“Wir waren mit Signore Camelli, mit seiner Ferienwohnung, mit der interessanten Umgebung, mit der zentralen Lage für viele Besichtigungen, tollen Ausflugszielen, der Nähe zum Meer und zu vielen feinen typisch toskanischen Restaurants und Cafés…..rundum zufrieden!!!”
