「The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. 」

「room is big , clean and cozy Near airport but if go to city centre , either walk few mins to take bus or use shuttle bus transfer .」

「The staffs r very nice and helpful! Facilities are wonderful!Rooms r clean! The experience and satisfaction of the stay is more than I expected! The hotel provide Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.the Shuttle bus is very big which enough for many travellers and with big suitcases! All in all I love this hotel very much!」

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design. "

"I really love this hotel! It’s very eco-friendly, comfortable, and smells great. The design is so stylish, and I truly enjoy everything about it. The only thing that really bothered me was the occasional light knocking sound on the walls throughout the day. It especially affected my sleep at night. Also, the pillows were too soft for my preference. If I have the chance, I’d love to stay here again, but I hope the knocking sound won’t happen next time. Thank you!"
