“I love Bear Pause Cabin!! A perfect mountain stay! Peaceful, comfortable, tottaly my rustic vibe, antler, deer decor and cozy! You can walk to town, if your inclined, or free parking down town! The shops are great, and a safari tour during elk rutting is fantastic!! Bear Pause Cabin is in a perfect location! Can't wait to go again!”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Brought our dogs along and the fenced in yard was great! Just large enough for 2 big dogs to run a short distance. Kitchen was fully stocked to include coffee and creamer which was a really nice touch. Host was very friendly and engaged with us through the fence when all the dogs were outside. She even includes amenities for dogs such as bowls and toys! We would definitely rent from her again when we go back to visit family. ”

“Cute little house was perfect for my husband, two dogs and me. The fenced in back yard was very nice to hang out with our dogs. The location was perfectly placed between New Belgium brewery and Odell Brewing Co. Downtown was also in walking distance and Fort Collins has a really nice downtown area. Our check in was a little rocky, but Dawn was very apologetic and got us in. Of note, there is no air conditioning. However, it was mid to high 80’s and with the windows open and a fan going it was……

“I rented this cabin for a 1st girl trip from KY to CO. I looked at tons of listings and kept coming back to here. My Sister lives there so it was us 3 women (50s) the pics are gorgeous, the owner was a sweetheart but the listing isnt specific telling you that its on a main road, it is fenced but traffic is pretty busy. Also, the RV is where the owner stays so when we figured that out, we didnt get in the hot tub but the 1st night because we felt we could'nt talk loud, laugh, have music, idk……

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! My husband fly fished in the river every day and we enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the cozy cabin. Space heaters kept us plenty warm even in mid October and we were conveniently located within a short drive to downtown Estes and RMNP. The hosts were communicative and left clear instructions for everything! ”

“Everything was great! The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub controls barealt worked (turning on jets and whatnot) and the shower didnt drain well. Other than that it was all great!”
