All boxes ticked five star ( apart from to tv remote control which is an absolute mare to understand, still hadn’t figured out how to change the volume by the time I left, that gets a one star. "First impressions are everything and when I checked in the receptionist, Haqui, was exemplary. She was professional, friendly, obliging, customer friendly and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, the bathroom and shower were good and the bed was very comfortable. I had an evening meal which was very good and again with excellent customer service. The location is very central and I highly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel. "
