Come and recharge your batteries with a stay in this beautiful new contemporary villa, located near the Gulf of Morbihan, offering high-quality amenities. A prime location for enjoying the Gulf and its surroundings.
You'll appreciate its location on the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan, as well as its panoramic view, allowing you to soak up the sun all day long on its large terrace and enclosed garden.
This 150m² architect-designed house can accommodate up to 9 people.
On the ground floor:
- Large living room with an 8-seater dining table
- Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, etc.) with access to the garden. - Utility room with wine cellar and washing machine
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, and flat-screen TV
- Bedroom with queen-size bed, walk-in closet with direct access to the garden
- Shower room with double sinks, heated towel rail, and large walk-in shower
- Separate wall-mounted toilet
On the 1st floor:
- 1st shower room with wall-mounted toilet, shower, and single sink vanity
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size bed and walk-in closet
- Bedroom with three single beds (90 cm) (2 bunk beds and a fold-down bed) with toys and walk-in closet
