Menelaos the contact is a great at his job - full stop. The property is great also

Everything we wanted and hoped for was exceeded. Location great, villa great, pool and outside area were fantastic and the beach is 15 min walk away. Highly recommended

October stay in Protaras

Fabulous villa in good location, quiet but in easy reach of shops, restaurants and beach. Heating of the pool was expensive (500 euro+) for the week even though daytime temperatures were 26-27 degrees. Some prior indication of the likely cost would have been helpful. Overall, the family the week tremendously, even the weather was excellent.

Amazing spacious Villa!!

Our first impression of the villa, was WOW! We were greeted by the lovely Menelaus who gave us a tour of the property and shared some great recommendations of what and where to go in the area:) Super helpful! The villa itself surpassed our expectations and was way bigger and spacious than we expected, and we were a family of 10! The entertainment area outside was perfect and we were in the big spacious pool everyday!! Great Villa, great location ( not far from beach or strip). Would highly recommend!!
