「We loved this property for our weekend pheasant hunting trip to Stafford County. Place was perfect for our large gathering and we took advantage of the kitchen, the grill and the picturesque views all around. The lodge was comfy with plenty of rooms and beds for the whole party. The open Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area was perfect for hanging out. Had a great hunters breakfast at the Wheatland Cafe in Hudson, a can't miss. Look forward to coming back here next year!」

「This is a nice older home near downtown. The cleanliness was ok but there were sheets left in the dryer and some unfolded towels in the closet. The owner was very great. We were in town with an Ill relative and needed to stay a day longer and he was very polite and informative. He was also quick to respond.」

「The home was in great condition and the perfect place to rest up after a long day birding. Located approximately 15 minutes from Cheyenne Bottoms and 40 minutes from Quivira, it’s a welcomed retreat at the end of the day. The home is as described and offers updated amenities with an historic charm. I highly recommend it and will stay there during future visits to the area.」
