"Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful. The building is modern and well decorated. It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro. That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!"

"Room was clean. Location is perfect. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Testarurant was great. Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it. We travel all over France and England for months out of the year every year. We have never had this issue. Is it a new thing? If so, they should make it clear on the reservation that every person staying at the hotel will need a photo id or send an email - anything other than stressing out late-night travelers who only want to go to bed."
