「No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. 」

「Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. 「There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs.
