「We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...

「The only issue was the 6+ miles of unpaved roads. Glad we took the vehicle we did because our other car would have shaken apart. Great views...especially at night! Almost no light contamination so could see Venus and Jupiter and the whole sky of stars.」

「No one answered the phone. When I got there, it was clearly being renovated and not ready to take on customers. Not a soul there. I booked it nearly two weeks out, and my getaway was a bust because I couldn't even get in. Why is it up to be booked when it is clearly not ready for customers. Ruined my holiday weekend getaway. Will not recommend.」
