"The pool was really warm, probably the best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was chaotic, constant running out of everything, and not being replaced, poor selection of hot food"

"I cannot explain how lovely most of the staff at this hotel are. It is so important and makes such a difference. Paula in the main restaurant was outstanding, as was Javier the lifeguard. It is ~25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to which is lovely after a 4 hour flight. The renovations are stunning. The quality of the beds, the bar furniture, fixtures and fittings is really evident. All inclusive drinks and food - outstanding. There was even à la carte ‘snack bar’ restaurant food between 12-6 which was wonderful. I don’t often consider returning to the same place, but if I were to go back to Tenerife, I would seriously think about it. Don’t hesitate to book. "
