「 I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer. I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes.」

「Alejandra and her partner were wonderful hosts. It was a special memorable visit and the adventure just added to the thrill. Although their english was minimal, Alejandra had "tools" put together to communicate and it added to the fun. Nice residential location with a five block walk to dining. Got us out of tourist bubbles and live like the residents. 」

「Excellent family run hotel. New renovations and extremely clean. Great view of the ocean and a short walk to a nice retail center with shopping and a casino. The family (Gonzalo, Paula and Julio) that run the hotel are very kind and helpful. Great place to stay.」
