“It was great ”

“Checked in eight hours early because of our arrival time. Happy to pay for an additional day. The hotel had no record of our reservation. The first response we were told we were scammed and would have to pay. Checked in a room 300 and then put us in room 301 with broken window latches and then moved us to 303. The final room was fine but there definition of deluxe should be changed to standard. The power went out and they had a back up generator but we were told we had to pay 300 peso a day……
